I cross my fingers

I hope someday to be among the insured. Until then I cross my fingers and try to take good care of this body of mine. I would not feel at all comfortable with others footing the bill for something I received, specifically something as important as health care. If we could create a program for lowest-income, completely destitute and emergency-only medical care that was funded by something such as people doing community service on their off time providing necessary services that we would normally pay for, not glomming onto things like tobbacco and gas. This issue is important enough to stand on its own. It also should be remembered that health care is an option, not a right.
